We then fly over the stunning Nordmarka forest by Grefsenkollen, before taking in the view of the Oslo freshwater reserve, Tryvann Winter Park and the Holmenkollen ski jump arena. After descending to Bogstad Hovedgård and Oslo Golf Club the helicopter will pass Ila Prison and detention institution, which is hosting high-security inmates. Heading south towards the inner Oslofjord we will see the magnificent architecture of Telenor and Statoil Headquarters. Bygdøy peninsula is next, and here you will see museums like Kon-Tiki, Fram and the Norwegian Folk Museum. After this, the helicopter sets the course towards the inner ports of Oslo with Aker Brygge , Akershus fortress and the Operahouse as significant attractions. On the way back to Kjeller Airport we pass Østensjø lake, which is famous for its very rich birdlife with more than 130 species regularly returning.
