Permission for the helicopter to land where the material is located is required from the landlord. The requirement is a flat ground 20m x 20m and that location is not in a congested area. Landing in publicly accessible recreational areas like mountains, national parks, islands or other uncultivated land requires an extra permission from local authorities. Roads, parking places, turning places, and other locations developed for motorized vehicles don't require any special permission from authorities. Permission to land at destination point for material is not required.
